As Engineering Team Leader, you’ll lead and manage a team of developers in the ongoing development of our Dental Capitation systems. You’ll be hands on in leading and building the platform, ensuring that the teams solve the right problems in the right ways and at pace. Working with technical leads and architects, you’ll be key to driving a modern, reliable and scalable platform architecture. You’ll have a passion for quality software engineering, always looking forward at how Simplyhealth can use new technologies and methodologies to drive business value. With a strong delivery mindset, you’ll have a particular focus on driving delivery efficiency through agile workflow and modern development practices.
