Customer Assistant - In Store Bakery - Banstead
Contract Type: Variable Hours, Part Time
Work pattern:
1. Week 1: Sunday 0600-1000, Tuesday 0500-0900, Thursday 0500-0900
2. Week 2: Sunday 1545-1945, Tuesday 0500-0900, Friday 0500-0900
Induction & Training: All new starters will be expected to attend an Induction, which may not be held in your home store. All new In Store Bakery employees will be expected to attend a training programme within one of our Regional Bakery Hubs, this may not be your home store.

Unsocial Hours Premium: £3.00 per hour for hours worked between 22:00 - 06:00.
Purpose: To deliver a great shopping experience for our customers, we are looking for colleagues who put customers before tasks every time while championing and promoting our brilliant products. As the face of the business, you will be the voice of our customers helping us to continually improve.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points.
2. Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked with product.
3. Monitor and deliver on the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities.
4. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit to store.
5. Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
6. Utilise all digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time.
