Siemens Smart Infrastructure, Buildings is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for our Building Products Business covering the Midlands and Northwest Sales Territory.
You should have knowledge of Building Management Systems and associated Field Equipment.
Selling to and supporting our Value-Added Partner Network and Reseller Channels is essential.
Exceptional account management is a key part of this role, which means that you will need to be a good communicator and be able to resolve any issues in a swift and timely manner.
Preparing and presenting business and account updates to clients is a daily task.

Location: West Midlands or Northwest, Home Based working – The business is happy for you to work from home when you are not required to be on the road.
You’ll make a difference by:
* Developing sales in the Territory by building strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
* Planning and implementing sales activities to achieve defined commercial targets.
* Pro-actively approaching key consultants and end users to build pull business for the local partner network.
* Finding opportunities and working with key stakeholders to ensure effective realization of the potential identified.
* Providing sales support for the partners including application support, sales training, presentations, and other customer visits in support of partner sales development.
* Pro-actively coordinating with other Siemens team members to identify further opportunities for Siemens and Siemens partners.
* Maintaining Salesforce-based CRM for contacts, prospects, forecasts, and targets.
