Are you a results-driven engineering/projects leader with a strong technical background looking to make a real impact? Are you looking to continue or start a career in the exciting world of renewables?
My client is seeking a Maintenance Delivery Lead to oversee offshore maintenance activities, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery in line with client specifications, relating to all of their hard facilities - an electrical bias, mechanical, HVAC and fire safety. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing Service Delivery team in the renewables sector, where your leadership will drive operational success.
Key Responsibilities in the role:
1. Act as the focal point for offshore/onshore operations, chairing daily operational meetings and engaging directly with clients.
2. Manage and drive the maintenance plan, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
3. Oversee defect management, working with technical teams to implement timely and effective solutions, reviewing and approving RAMS.
4. Ensure compliance with QHSE policies, risk assessments, and industry regulations.
5. Monitor progress reports, ensuring accurate reporting to support decision-making.
6. Manage critical spare requirements and vendor approvals to prevent downtime.
7. Support the development of a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
What We're Looking For:
1. Proven leadership experience in an engineering, electrical, or maintenance environment, ideally in offshore renewables, manufacturing, or facilities management.
2. Technical expertise - an electrical bias is highly desirable (City & Guilds / HNC/HND Electrical Engineering preferred, CompEx advantageous).
3. Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities across multiple clients.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal teams, external clients, and suppliers.
5. Financial awareness to identify cost-saving initiatives and business opportunities.
What's in It for You?
1. Competitive salary with performance-based bonus schemes.
2. 33 days holiday (including public holidays).
3. Private healthcare and a generous pension scheme.
4. Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.
5. The chance to make a real impact within a forward-thinking and supportive team.
