About the Role:
* Hourly Rate: £13.24 per hour
* Location: The Diamond, L/Derry
* Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9:00 am – 5:00 pm)
* Holiday Entitlement: 35 days pro-rata
* Duration: Temporary, ongoing

Your focus will be to support the delivery of key objectives within the Land and Regeneration Services business unit, focusing on essential administrative duties. You'll be part of an exciting and impactful team working on everything from development services to housing regeneration and sustainable development. Duties will include:
* Provide comprehensive admin support across various functions within the Land and Regeneration Services business unit
* Assist with processing applications and submissions related to land and regeneration services
* Help prepare management reports, statistical information, and support the review of policies and procedures
* Maintain and enhance complex databases, including GIS and Microsoft Office tools
* Work with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including statutory bodies, housing associations, and community group
* Contribute to developing and delivering training programmes
Criteria:
Hold one of the following:
* Option 1: BTEC Higher (Level 5) or equivalent + 1 year of relevant admin experience.
* Option 2: National qualification or equivalent + 2 years of relevant admin experience.
* Option 3: Equivalent professional development or experiential learning + 3 years of relevant admin experience.
Experience in at least 3 of the following areas:
* Implementing/reviewing policies and procedures.
* Providing admin support for business objectives.
* Managing complex IT systems like GIS and Microsoft Office.
* Engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
* Preparing reports for senior management.
* Must hold a current driving licence or access to transport for the role.
* As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic Access NI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
