About The Post
The Night Support Worker will provide waking night cover in a supported housing project for people with multiple and complex needs. You will act as the first point of contact for the homeless out of hours emergency line and ensure the safety of residents and security of the site. You will have experience with a similar customer group, be able to work on your own initiative, and ensure that records are accurately maintained. Good all-round communication skills are essential. A level 2 qualification, or willingness to work towards this, is also required.
The role will involve working 11-hour shifts, with handovers to daytime staff. The shifts are 9:30 pm - 8:30 am on a rotating basis. This is a job share role and would involve working 3 days on and 5 days off, including weekends and bank holidays. Please be aware this role is a lone working role.
