Your role will be instrumental in fostering the company's growth and maintaining the reputation for quality and excellence in the archictectual interior design products market Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute yearly plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market. Manage and oversee the sales team to drive sales performance, including setting sales targets and monitoring team members' performance. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Manage / have oversight of delivery schedules Manage / have oversight of sampling Lead the sales time in promoting the business with open days, working with organisations such as BIID to develop training days and customer visits. Key Experience Required: Proven work experience as a sales manager or a similar role in the interior design. architectural or construction related industry to a high end market Well spoken with excellent communication and customer facing skills Excellent negotiation skills. business development and account management skills Strong business sense and industry expertise.
