We are looking for an immediately available Business Support candidate who ideally has some experience in Facilities or Health and Safety. Failing that, you must be a strong, organised administrator with superb customer service skills, as this role will be dealing with contractors and visitors to the building on a daily basis.Your role will be to provide customer-focussed administrative support across finance, commercial and facilities teams, and an efficient and effective service to both internal and external stakeholders. Duties:Working with the landlord to ensure the premises comply with safety and health regulations.Managing relationships with external contractors for essential services such as cleaning, general maintenance and repairs.Keeping supplies well stocked, updating SOP's and policies and procedures so they are relevant and up to date.Preparing written responses to enquiries, processing incoming and outgoing post. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a similar role would be great, but as mentioned above, a strong administrator would be welcome to apply. Good written, verbal and IT skills are essential. Interpersonal skills and the ability to work face to face with visitors to the building.Flexible 37-hour week, this role will be 100% office-based.
