Job Title: BMS Commissioning Engineer Somerset / Devon / Cornwall
Mission:
* To work and collaborate within a team framework adding your skills, innovations and ideas to our ever-growing engineering team of project managers, project engineers and commissioning engineers
* To commission solutions as part of customer orders incorporating the software, graphics, installation and commissioning of building management control systems and third-party integration
* To maintain & develop relationships with new & existing customers so that we become their trusted expert in all aspects of works
* To maintain and implement Schneider Electric Core Values
Key responsibilities:
* To pre-commission control panels, field devices onto new and existing systems
* To commission controllers, networks and field devices into a complete control system
* Work closely with project managers to deliver to a design and site programs
* Writing and commissioning controller software through to the Graphical User Interface
* To ensure a safe and healthy working environment for themselves and others, at office or site locations.
Skills and attributes:
* Experience in a similar role would be advantageous, however on the job training will be provided
* Experience of working in a customer-focused environment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* PC Skills, working on word and excel as a minimum
* Full driving license
* Fluent in English, written and verbal
Education
* Interest in STEM or technical background
* Qualification in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline or strong knowledge in both areas
* Previous experience in BMS preferred
