About The Role And Your Key Responsibilities In a multi-functional environment, the role of Secretary/PA will include: Preparation of typed documents and taking minutes/actions of meetings in person and via MS Teams, for both internal and Partnership meetings. Maintaining the Outlook diaries of the Senior Command Team. Recording and responding to correspondence received. Recording Complaints using force systems. What skills and experience do we need you to bring to the role: We are looking for applicants who will present a positive image as they will be required to engage with members of the Public and our Partners in addition to South Wales Police employees. Must have great communication skills Must have excellent keyboard and numeracy skills. Must have experience using Microsoft Office suite Must have previous secretarial and administrative experience preferably within a large organisation and should be comfortable using their initiative and working autonomously.
