We are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor at Senior Level or above to take on this fantastic position which has endless scope and opportunity for you to progress and/or develop a team and office! What you will be doing
Based from home, you will cover a regional patch which includes areas such as Northampton, Cheltenham, Oxford, Swindon, Winchester and everywhere in between, so you just need to be located somewhere with access to those places.
The firm takes on projects across a variety of sectors, the main ones include:

3. Healthcare

Key responsibilities include:
1. Undertaking a range of Building Surveys including Dilapidations, Acquisitions and planned maintenance.
2. Working on a diverse range of small and medium-sized projects, managing quality, timescales, and budgets.
3. Delivering projects in line with necessary statutory requirements, including Building, CDM and Planning regulations.
4. General building pathology activities including surveying building defects and associated remedial works.
5. Preparing specifications and schedules of work.
6. Preparing tender documentation, including working on NBS software.
7. Contract administration.
8. Seeking new business opportunities and new clients to partner with the firm.
What you will have
1. Chartered Surveyor status.
2. A minimum of three years PQE.
3. A confident and approachable personality.
4. Ability to work from home effectively.
5. Experience with dilapidation work is highly desirable.
