AV Specialist - 12 Month FTC

Description
You will be the point of contact for all aspects of AV and assist around 700 employees based in the UK. You will also be a point of contact for AV updates and engineering for the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
In this role, you will work within the Desktop Operations team, providing audio visual expertise across the business, partnering with senior customers in the organisation. As a strong team player, you'll be hands-on with monitoring all aspects of audio visual and providing proactive support. Data-driven, you'll carry out Desktop Operations reporting and trend analysis activities including health reports and customer satisfaction.
About the role
Within this role, you will be working with audio visual third parties, scheduling maintenance, audits, and break fixes. You will be the go-to person at CFC for all audio visual issues by developing and delivering AV training to the business, as well as developing knowledge guides and videos.
You will be able to work as part of a wider Desktop Operations team, contributing to a positive team environment by utilising your stakeholder management skills. This role will be 5 days per week in the office due to the nature of the work.
About you
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong experience within an audio visual engineering role. They will have come from a service desk background with a strong understanding of processes and procedures. You will have experience of working in fast-paced environments, dealing with C-suite stakeholders, and able to build relationships across the business. Key technical skills include:
1. Experience with Office 365 suite of applications and administration
2. A strong understanding of AV hardware
