Description
Purchase ledger invoice processing to the correct nominal and cost centre
Managing pre-paid invoices
Processing expenses including fuel cards
Supporting the finance department in daily tasks
Keeping financial records updated for audit purposes
Processing transactions and updating ledgers
Ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reportedProfile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
