The Park Hospital in Nottingham is part of Circle Health Group, Britains leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department. This is a part- time role for 22.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties of this role include: • Independently assess and treat patients with more complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings. • Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence. • Monitor patient progress and adapt interventions accordingly, ensuring high standards of clinical care. • Manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs. • Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective, and timely patient care. • Contribute to continuity of care by supporting patient transitions between services. Applicants should meet the following criteria: • HCPC-registered Physiotherapist. • Solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas. • Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities. • Commitment to team working and service improvement.
