Sales Support Administrator – Fixed, 12-month term - with potential to become permanent

A bit about the job:
As a Sales Support Administrator, this role is integral to the sales team, providing essential support and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include assisting intermediaries with queries, ensuring positive outcomes by taking ownership of issues. Working closely with peers on daily activities will support the broader distribution team. Acting as the dedicated point of contact for issue resolution for external customers, this position involves coordinating with internal teams, effectively communicating resolutions to the wider team and management, maintaining up to date records, and proactively identifying ways to reduce complaints and enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Customer focused and capable of working as part of a team and independently
* Highly effective relationship management skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries and their teams.
* Ability to work confidently with the financial elements of the role including sales / quotes / margin / premiums / targets etc.
* Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
* Knowledge of Group Protection products is desirable; however, full training will also be provided.

* Starting salary: circa £25,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
* Bonus opportunity - 6% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
