Role Overview: Children’s Support Worker
Your role involves working closely with children in care, focusing on their needs and supporting them in various aspects of their lives, including education, hobbies, and activities.
Your support will contribute to positive outcomes and help shape the future of children and young people.
Ideal candidates will be highly motivated, committed, and genuinely interested in providing high-quality care for children and young people. You will work across diverse settings such as Mental Health, Autism, Challenging Behaviour, Education, and Residential care.

Responsibilities
* Supporting, safeguarding, and promoting the wellbeing of children and young people
* Assisting with daily routines in community and educational settings
* Organizing and facilitating social activities
* Transportation
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe practices
* Providing high levels of supervision and support
* Adhering to Ofsted and CQC regulations
* Managing complex behaviours and crisis situations
* Contributing to care plans and risk assessments, including reviews and implementation
Candidate Requirements
* At least 12 months of post-qualification experience working with children or young adults
* Must be over 21 years old to comply with industry regulations
* Knowledge in areas such as EBD, SEMH, CSE, or SEN/SEND
* Diploma Level 3 in Children’s and Young People, with Level 4 preferred
