We now have a fantastic opportunity for a reliable Apprentice Office Admin Assistant to join our accounts team based in Wakefield. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Role Responsibilities:
* The role includes a variety of administration duties with the aim to develop skills and have more responsibilities during this Apprenticeship.
* Answering the telephone to internal and external clients in a professional and clear manner regarding any enquiries.
* Inputting data onto internal systems with accuracy.
* Accepting customer orders.
* Generating packs and checking customer details.
* Booking deliveries onto system and generating the necessary documentation.
* Dealing with requests for information.
* Daily Banking and updating the necessary accounts software.
The Person:
* A self-starting, enthusiastic team player.
* A great relationship and rapport builder.
* A confident person and a good communicator.
* Good organisation skills and accuracy of work.
* Maths and English grade 4 in both.
Salary: £12,600 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Education:
* GCSE or equivalent (required).
