Blow Moulding Stores Maintenance Planner

Were on the lookout for a Stores Maintenance Planner within our Blow Moulding facility to generate, coordinate and monitor effective planning for engineering activities. Youll implement and coordinate best practice inventory management systems and processes whilst delivering customer service levels and budgetary control.
Focus for our Stores Maintenance Planner is the:
Delivery of an effective planning cycle within a reactive environmentDelivery of an effective engineering stores environment to ensure parts availability at optimised costs.In this role the key responsibilities will include:
Delivery of Inventory Management Plan in line with Muller ExcellenceDay to day management of the stores goods in and goods outComplete regular cycle counts and full stock counts in line with the ME roadmapImprove part descriptions in line with Muller UK standard naming formatUpdate and monitor the material codes for all materials on siteControl minimum and maximum order points with Engineering teamAttach relevant documentation to each part record including food safe records and data sheets, ensuring the relevant data is up to datePurchase request information and accuracyEnsure associated costs are allocated to correct assetsAdministration of the CMMS systemTrack completion ratesPrioritisation of safety and mandatory tasksParticipate in site planning meetings with forecast future maintenance activities/actions.Prioritisation of backlog corrective work through functional reviewsSupport and develop reliability centred maintenance studies and outputsSupport the operations team in planning asset care.Planning activities to be aligned with site criticality matrixEnsure quotes are received and orders raised and approved prior to activityActively participate in identifying and implementing initiatives to improve the overall cost performance and efficiency of the Supply ChainTo be a successful Stores Maintenance Planner, were looking for:
