About the Role
In this key leadership position, you’ll report to the Chief Commercial Officer and manage global channel partner relationships, driving market expansion and achieving sales targets. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, build strategic partnerships, and represent the organization at industry events—all while shaping the future of radiopharmaceutical innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Market Development & Strategy: Identify and develop new market opportunities in collaboration with executive teams and other departments. Design and implement business plans to achieve revenue goals.
* Sales Execution: Foster strong relationships with channel partners, identify new opportunities, and execute sales strategies to exceed performance targets.
* Partnership Management: Act as the primary contact for global channel partners, nurturing long-term professional relationships.
* Market Intelligence: Gather and report field insights, providing actionable recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.
* Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure seamless management of CRM data and client files.
What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
* 7-10 years of sales experience in Imaging, Nuclear Medicine, or Healthcare industries.
* Knowledge of medical distribution in international markets (e.g., Europe, Middle East).
* Background in Nuclear Medicine Technology is a plus.
* Strong pharmaceutical or medical knowledge base and business-to-business sales expertise.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Multilingual fluency is an asset.
