Overview
As a Principal Project Manager at Seismic, you will play a critical role in leading and delivering complex projects for our customers. You will work closely with other members of our Services team (Solution Consultants and Solution Architects) as well as cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Product, and sales, to ensure successful project execution and achieve desired business outcomes. Within this role you will work with a variety of clients across different sectors and at all levels of seniority; no two days will be the same.

What youll be doing:
* Project Leadership: Lead and deliver high-visibility projects within the Professional Services portfolio, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the customers satisfaction.
* Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the project, managing relationships and ensuring alignment with their business outcomes.
* Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and closing phases of projects while adhering to best practices in project management and implementation methodologies.
* Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery of the engagement.
* Stakeholder Communication: Ensure clear and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders - providing regular clear and concise updates on project progress.
* Coaching: Coaching other project managers, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
What you bring to the team:
* Proven experience as a Principal Project Manager or a similar role.
* Strong project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
* Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, analytical, and decision-making skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels.
* Passion for becoming an expert on our products and contributing to a fast-growing company.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
* Good presentation skills and experience of facilitating - and leading where required - client meetings and workshops.
* Knowledge with FinancialForce and Atlassian products preferred.
* PMP Certification (recommended), Prince 2 Practitioner.
