Propel is working with an exciting retail company to recruit new CRM talent to support their expansion and customer-focused goals.

* They are now looking for new CRM talent to join their team and drive impactful email marketing campaigns across a carefully nurtured customer lifecycle.
The Role
* Become part of a thriving marketing team, working primarily on CRM communications, with a focus on email marketing and potentially other channels.
* Assist in segmenting customers to create personalised, targeted campaigns.
* Support the customer journey from acquisition welcome emails to seasonal campaigns (e.g., Christmas), helping retain and engage customers with the brand.
What You’ll Need
* Previous experience in CRM or email marketing.
* Experience in retail or a similarly customer-centric industry is highly desirable.
* A proactive, hands-on attitude is essential! This is a friendly, collaborative team where everyone supports each other to achieve shared goals.
Additional Information
* Location: Birmingham area
* Work arrangement: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
* Salary: up to £30,000, depending on experience
