The job itself
Required to start September to join our midday team at Kings Mill School.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable and caring person to supervise students with varying special needs over the lunchtime period. You will work as part Kings Mill’s experienced team based on our main school site.
Support, guidance and training will be available. All potential applicants are welcome to visit the school to meet with the staff to see what the work involves.
For an informal discussion about this post or to arrange a visit, please contact Lisa Brown.
The school and residence are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all its staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a self-declaration of their criminal record or information that would make them unsuitable to work with children. In addition, an online search will be conducted.
We comply with all the principles of safer recruitment as outlined in the DfE document Keeping Children Safe in Education 2023.
Further information about our commitment to safeguarding can be found in our Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy, available in the policies section of our website.
