We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product & Supply Chain Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support category management and the supply chain team by maintaining existing packaging products and creating new ones for sale on Davpack and BiGDUG. You will also assist in product-related queries, liaise with suppliers, and help ensure smooth operations across various teams. Primary Tasks Include:
1. Create New Product Setup Sheets: Ensure accurate and timely product setups for new packaging products.
2. Update Product Cost and Sell Prices: Regularly update product pricing to reflect changes in cost and market conditions.
3. Ensure Product Descriptions and Images are Up to Date: Regularly update and maintain product information, including descriptions, images, and specifications.
4. Assist with Product Photography: Support the photography of products to ensure they are accurately represented on the platform.
5. Negotiate Product Prices with Suppliers: Work with suppliers to negotiate product prices, supporting supply chain efficiency.
6. Support Marketing Team: Assist the marketing team by providing product content and reviewing content before release.
7. Assist in Preparing and Implementing Product Sales: Collaborate with teams to support product launches and sales campaigns.
8. Work with Warehouse and Suppliers on QC & Damaged Delivery Matters: Ensure quality control and resolve any delivery or product damage issues in collaboration with warehouse and suppliers.
9. Assist with Reporting and Product Insights: Provide insights and data for product performance and sales tracking.
10. Monitor Competitor Activities: Keep an eye on competitors’ activities and trends to inform business strategy.
11. Ensure Google Feed is Up-to-Date: Support the marketing team in keeping the product feed on Google up to date.
12. Other Related Tasks: Assist with other tasks as needed within the scope of the role.
Who Are You?
1. Experience: Previous experience in a buying or product management role would be an advantage.
2. Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
