Role Summary:
The Managing Director (MD) will lead the company s daily operations, strategic planning, and growth initiatives. The MD will maintain the company s focus on quality and client satisfaction while driving growth and exploring new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute strategies to foster growth, operational efficiency, and alignment with company goals.
* Operational Oversight: Oversee production processes, quality control, and customer service to ensure high standards.
* Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a cohesive team, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.
* Financial Management: Manage budgeting, monitor financial health, and work closely with finance teams to ensure profitability.
* Business Development: Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities and partnerships to support growth.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or related sectors.
* Strong leadership abilities with skills in strategic planning and project management.
* Financial acumen, including budget management and profitability analysis.
* Familiarity with manufacturing materials or custom production processes is beneficial.
