Position:
An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Digital Services Systems Access Support Officer based at Ailsa Hospital.
What you will do:
Working within the Digital Services System Access Team (Based in Ailsa Hospital). As a Team Member you will provide comprehensive
support to users of electronic systems and applications throughout NHS Ayrshire & Arran.
You will ensure the continuous availability and efficiency of IT access for clinical and non-clinical user accounts, ensure new and existing
users have appropriate and secure access to multiple systems, troubleshoot system access issues using systems and excellent
communication skills.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
An HNC in IT or Business Administration related subject is essential,as is experience working within an IT environment in a similar role.
Extensive knowledge and experience of supporting Microsoft products is also essential, especially Microsoft 365 and Active
Directory.
