We have been oversubscribed in recent years and are a popular school. The role We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher (Pastoral) at Ixworth High School. The assistant headteacher leads on attendance, behaviour and safeguarding. You will have a personal track record of success in leading pastoral teams and an unrelenting focus that this role has on outcomes for all students. We are looking for someone with either proven leadership responsibilities, or the potential to lead at senior leadership level. You will have a good knowledge of strategies to improve attendance, maintain high standards of behaviour, and ensure safeguarding is at the forefront of everything we do at Ixworth High School. You will have proven abilities to lead, communicate and implement strategies across the school.
