Reporting to the Maintenance Manager as a Maintenance Assistant you will be part of a small maintenance team working closely with all areas. Your primary focus will be on the continued maintenance and upkeep of our many buildings throughout the resort. This is an extremely varied role and you will be expected to be able to assist with many basic tasks from plumbing, joinery and painting to changing bulbs and dealing with guest maintenance issues.
* Routine preventative maintenance and corrective repairs involving painting, joinery, tiling, silicone sealing of bathroom fixtures, plumbing, replacing lamps, working at height, resetting and starting of plant and equipment, fire alarm testing, minor electrical checks and repairs, cleaning of plant, equipment and work areas, compliance checks and records, orders and requisitions, supervision of contractors whilst on site.
Assisting with many basic tasks including painting, joinery and tiling, dealing with guest maintenance issues, routine preventative maintenance and corrective repairs.

UK driving licence, trade qualification or maintenance experience in a similar role, basic IT skills, strong communication skills, ability to work effectively to deadlines.
