What You'll Be Doing:
1. Take ownership of the sales strategy for your region, and implement innovative plans that drive impressive revenue growth and market share.
2. Become a trusted advisor for top clients, from plant managers to senior execs, delivering tailored solutions and providing exceptional customer experiences.
3. Identify and seize new business opportunities to grow your client base and secure major deals for the industry.
4. Own the negotiation process, ensuring profitability while aligning with company objectives to deliver win-win outcomes.
5. Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless post-sales service and keep customers coming back for more.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including buyers, managers, and senior executives.
7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales revenue, margin targets, and customer satisfaction metrics.
What You'll Need:
1. You will have a proven track record in sales, with solid experience in an equipment supplies industry or a related sector.
2. You will know how to drive sales, build relationships, and close high-value deals with confidence.
3. You're a strategic thinker who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced environment to increase your earnings potential.
4. Willing to travel across the UK to meet customers and explore new opportunities. A Full UK driving Licence is essential.
