We’re Fettle – a small, passionate company on a mission to make pet nutrition simple, honest, and natural. We handcraft our range of wholefood supplements in Suffolk and proudly champion ingredients from the land, not a lab.
Our products are loved by pets and trusted by thousands of pet parents across the UK. Now, we’re looking for a multi-talented Creative Designer to join our growing team and help shape how our brand looks, feels, and speaks across every customer touchpoint.
The Role
This isn’t just a job — it’s an opportunity to play a key role in building a brand from the inside out. We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership of their creative output, work at pace, and drive results. You’ll be given clear outcomes, not micromanagement — and you’ll be trusted to deliver work that genuinely moves the needle.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Storyboarding, scripting and editing ad creatives, especially short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram
* Graphic design for print and digital: brochures, leaflets, trade displays, packaging, flyers
* Creating visuals for email campaigns, website layouts, and product imagery
* Designing and optimising landing pages and website content for our e-commerce channels
* Creating assets and visuals for paid ads across platforms like Meta and Google
* Supporting the design and development of new packaging and brand assets
* Helping plan and execute marketing campaigns alongside our founders and creative team
* Contributing to creative ideation sessions and translating concepts into execution-ready visuals
* Maintaining brand consistency and producing assets that speak emotionally to our audience
* Working across tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut, and Premiere Pro (we’ll support you in learning any you’re less confident in)
What We’re Looking For
* 1–2+ years’ experience in a similar creative or design-focused role
* A strong portfolio that shows versatility across print and digital design
* Experience creating content for social media, especially TikTok or Instagram
* Experience designing for e-commerce, landing pages, and ad creatives is a big plus
* A keen eye for layout, typography, colour and visual storytelling
* Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects independently
* A warm and collaborative attitude – we’re a small team and we work closely!
* Bonus: experience with video editing or animation

What Success Looks Like in This Role
Within the first 30–60 days:
* Fully onboarded with our brand guidelines, product range, and design tools
* Delivered a suite of static and video creative assets for use across paid ads and organic content
* Contributed to early testing of ad creative formats, including UGC-style video and native social formats
* Supported at least one full landing page or email campaign build
Within the first 3–6 months:
* Producing 30–50 ad creatives per month (including static, motion, UGC, hooks, and cutdowns) for Meta, TikTok and other performance platforms
* Collaborating closely with the founders to iterate based on creative performance data (CTR, thumbstop ratio, CAC)
* Designing and optimising landing pages that improve conversion rate from paid and organic traffic
* Supporting the concept and design of 2–3 new product packaging launches
* Maintaining consistent design output across packaging, print, digital campaigns, and web content
* Taking ownership of campaign asset delivery schedules and ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality
Ongoing:
* Leading the visual direction of performance marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels
* Becoming a go-to expert for ad creative testing and visual storytelling that drives measurable growth
* Continuously experimenting with new formats and approaches to increase creative effectiveness
* Helping evolve and strengthen our brand across all customer touchpoints
