Main duties of the job The Clinical Nurse Specialist- falls prevention will oversee the department's operations, ensuring the delivery of falls prevention strategies, efficient reporting and adherence to clinical governance standards. This role involves providing leadership to the multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration, teaching, auditing and validating falls datix. The Clinical Nurse Specialist- falls prevention willact as a leadership role model and demonstrate specialist knowledge and high standards of clinical practice and provide support or advice when necessary. To support the Clinical Nurse Lead for Falls Prevention to manage the Falls Team and the caseload of patient within the team, whilst working as part of the multidisciplinary team, delivering individualised and personalised patient care.
