You'll have an eye for quality, consistency and for portion control. You'll build good relationships with the front of house team to make sure our guests get exactly what they want.
A qualification in professional cookery would be great, and relevant industry experience is desirable. Using your Pastry expertise and skill, you'll be a key part in making sure our Pastry kitchen continues to excel in producing the most creative, innovative and tasty sweets.
* A competitive salary up to £30,050 per annum dependent on experience. You'll also receive a share of tips which we estimate to add an additional £2,500 on top of your salary.
