Key Responsibilities:
. Answering customer queries via phone, email & live chat
. Complaint handling
. Processing orders & returns
. Providing technical support
. Raising engineer visits
. Liaising with field engineers
The ideal candidate will be friendly and personable, have good attention to detail, takes pride in completing work to a high standard and reliable with excellent time-keeping
