We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Cat B Van Driver to join our client, an established electrical wholesale company based in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled driver to join a growing business and be part of a team delivering essential goods across Wales and the South West.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely and efficiently deliver goods to various locations within Wales and the South West.
* Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner and to the correct locations.
* Load and unload goods, ensuring items are handled with care and securely stored in the van.
* Maintain accurate delivery documentation and ensure that all orders are signed off correctly.
* Adhere to all company policies and traffic regulations to maintain safety standards at all times.
* Represent the company professionally, providing excellent customer service during deliveries.
Requirements:
* Valid Cat B driving license (essential).
* Previous experience in delivery driving is preferred.
* A good understanding of road safety and regulations.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
* Ability to manage your time effectively and handle deliveries efficiently.
* Must be punctual and reliable, with a keen attention to detail.
Hours of Work:
* Monday to Friday
* Start time: 8:00 AM
* Full-time, ongoing position
