Senior Executive ASSISTANT - 5 MONTHS - INSIDE IR35
One of Loriens leading Public Sector clients is looking for a a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant to join their team on an initial 5 month contract, working hybrid between Edinburgh and WFH.
Technical knowledge/skills
1. PA/EA experience of supporting senior managers/directors.
2. Experience of providing comprehensive support to governance groups
3. Experienced minute taker
4. Confident in usage of Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams, and PowerPoint.
5. Awareness of governance best practice and how non-ministerial offices contribute to providing good public services.
6. Analysis and making effective decisions.
7. Taking initiative as the first point of contact, drafting appropriate correspondence to keep a wide variety of audiences informed.
8. Leading and communicating/Collaborating and partnering (Cluster)
9. Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, adapting style of communication to meet various stakeholder requirements. Builds trusting relationships, acts with discretion when handling confidential information.
10. Delivering a quality service
11. Ability to work with initiative and minimal guidance to prioritise and manage a range of tasks, recognising any potential difficulties and dealing with these appropriately.
