IT Helpdesk - IT Ops - £30K
Education Technology (EdTech)
Our client is one of the country’s fastest growing EdTech and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) companies and in their Leeds office, they’re looking to hire a Helpdesk Engineer as part of their 2025 growth.
You’ll have the chance to work across a range of tools and technologies including Windows 10, Office 365 (O365), Active Directory (AD), G Suite, Mac, and Cloud (Azure, AWS).
You’ll provide critical 1st line helpdesk support across the business in a fast-paced environment where IT and technology are at the forefront of everything.
Requirements:
1. Experience in IT operations, Helpdesk, and/or 1st line support
2. Good knowledge of Windows 10, Office, G Suite, and general networking
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Any experience with Cloud technologies is ideal
5. Knowledge of Mac, mobile devices, Windows Server, and AD
