Lead, motivate, and support your team in delivering top-tier engineering services with a focus on customer satisfaction. Develop and oversee team goals and strategies to enhance productivity and service quality. Ensure the timely completion and documentation of all engineering and maintenance activities. Act as a brand ambassador, upholding our company values of trust, support, and integrity in all interactions. ⚖️ Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. ⚙️ Collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements and resolve engineering challenges effectively. What We're Looking For Demonstrable skills in engineering and customer service, with a strong foundation in problem-solving. Experience in welding techniques is highly desirable. Exceptional communication abilities and a focus-oriented mindset. A confident and positive attitude, dedicated to help support and build a trustworthy team environment. Proven leadership capabilities or readiness to step into a leadership role within the engineering sector. What will help you to excel in this role: City and Guilds in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering related field. Qualified in related field or similar years’ experience Diagnostic computer skills. Experience with welding processes and equipment maintenance. Proficient IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Full UK driving license.
