The Reception Administrator Apprentice will provide daily support and serve as the first point of contact for clients at Alliott Wingham. This role is essential to the business, ensuring seamless assistance to both employees and new or existing clients. Training to be provided: Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15-month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6-8 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach. About the role: The Receptionist Administrator will be responsible for the following duties: Providing customer service both in person and over the phone Efficiently handling administrative tasks, including diary management, processing incoming and scheduling appointments Accountable and responsible for personal workload Engaging and interacting with clients effectively Provide information to visitors and callers regarding company services, policies, or directions Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages Handle incoming phone calls, direct them appropriately, and take messages when necessary What are the career prospects at Alliott Wingham?
