Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Home Move Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential buyers through the property survey process, providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage your time efficiently will be crucial in helping clients.
Responsibilities
1. Engage with home buyers, providing them with comprehensive information about the different types of survey available to them and why having a survey is an essential part of the home buying process.
2. Highlight key benefits of the GOTO Group, to encourage sales.
3. Maintain an organised database of leads and follow up with prospects via phone and email.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless sales process.
5. Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries from clients.
Requirements
1. Strong time management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
2. Excellent communication skills in English.
3. Ability to demonstrate organisational skills in managing client information and appointments.
4. Basic maths skills for calculating costs and payments.
5. Experience in sales is highly desirable but not essential.
6. A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
