Job Description
Medical Secretary
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time, Fixed-term Contract until end of March 2026
Salary: Depending on experience + Benefits

The role

Your main task will be supporting our consultants using our digital dictation app which is crucial to the smooth running of patient management. You will be expected to multi-task across a range of secretarial duties; offer good judgement in escalating issues, prioritising jobs, and maintaining highly accurate attention to detail when checking letters against dictation.
What you will bring with you
* Excellent IT skills and ability to proofread ensuring all letters are accurate
* Experience of multi-tasking and working to strict deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* High attention to detail
* Background knowledge or experience with medical terminology – desirable
