Job Description Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Refrigeration Engineer required to join a leading manufacturer of air conditioning & pharmaceutical technology. Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Refrigeration Engineer shall carry out preventative maintenance, installations, fault finding & calibration of electrical and humidity systems on various heat, air conditioning and pharmaceutical technology. The successful Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Refrigeration Engineer will ideally have service experience on HVAC systems such as refrigeration, air conditioning, heat technology, environmental simulation, pharmaceutical technology or similar. Package £38,000 - £44,000 depending on experience Company Van Overtime Bonus Additional benefits The Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Refrigeration Engineer Role Carry out preventative and scheduled maintenance of refrigeration, electrical and humidity systems. Undertake annual calibration, re-qualification and validation of various HVAC equipment. Carry out repairs, upgrades, and retrofits on all refrigeration, electrical, humidity and software systems. To work on HVAC project installations in the UK and overseas as and when required. Carry out installation training and calibration on all types of refrigeration, air conditioning, electrical and humidity systems. provide advice, diagnostics, fault finding on refrigeration, air conditioning, heat technology, environmental simulation, pharmaceutical technology and similar HVAC systems. Installing refrigeration pipelines into all forms of the manufacturing industry. Liaise with various engineering departments. Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Refrigeration Engineer Requirements Previous experience as a Service Engineer, Field Service Technician, Refrigeration Engineer, Installation Engineer or similar. Experience working on various HVAC products such as refrigeration, air conditioning, heat technology, environmental simulation, pharmaceutical technology or similar. Experience in pipework Installations. F-Gas certification is essential. The ability to maintain good professional working relationships with existing and new customers. A technical mechanical/electrical/electronic / instrumentation qualification, Apprentice trained, HNC, HND or Degree would be advantageous This is a homebased role covering Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas therefore must be willing to travel.
