Key Responsibilities of Business Development Manager: Lead Generation & Sales – Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across various industries. Client Relationship Management – Engage with decision-makers, including c-suite and board-level executives, to present tailored solutions. Project Delivery & Multi-Site Rollouts – Oversee the sales process from lead generation to successful project implementation, ensuring smooth execution. Product Demonstrations & Presentations – Confidently showcase solutions to potential clients, demonstrating their value and benefits. Strategic Sales Growth – Work with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals and expand market reach. Market Awareness – Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. CRM & Pipeline Management – Track leads, sales activities, and performance using a CRM system to ensure efficiency and transparency. International Travel – Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings both in the UK and globally. What Our Client is Looking For: A proven track record in business development and sales, with success in closing deals and managing high-value projects. Experience in selling technology solutions, or similar products is advantageous but not essential. Strong presentation and negotiation skills, particularly at senior stakeholder levels. A self-motivated, results-driven individual with the ability to exceed sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships. A willingness to travel internationally to secure business and develop partnerships.
