Sustain (UK) Limited has a vacancy for an Assistant Governance Co-ordinator. The position is permanent/full-time with a competitive salary of £29,000 - £35,000 per annum. This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham. Our modern offices are located beside the Edgbaston Metro Tram Stop.

About the Role of Governance Manager
This role will encompass the provision of support to our Transformation and Governance Director and our Chief Executive Officer across a comprehensive range of governance activities, Board and Risk Assurance Framework Reporting, Project Planning, Compliance Reporting, Minuting, Policy Development, Executive and Board Support in special projects.
Key Requirements
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
