Quality and Registry Team The Senior Quality Coordinator will sit within our Quality and Registry team is the Universities administration hub for our students. It is responsible for a wide range of functions, from governance through to student administration, marking and assessment. The team are also responsible for processing all results and grades for the student’s and produce all certificates that are awarded at the graduation ceremony. The Role – Senior Quality Coordinator Reporting to our Quality Team Leader, we are looking for a Senior Quality Coordinator to join our highly skilled and supportive Quality Team. Working in a fast-paced environment, this role presents an exciting opportunity to provide important administrative support and coordination of Arden’s quality assurance and enhancement processes and procedures with a particular focus on student affairs and appeals (e.g exceptional mitigating circumstances, Fitness to Study, leave of absence, SEN adjustments, appeals and student conduct). About You To be successful as a Senior Quality Coordinator you must have: Essential: Degree qualified or extensive relevant work experience Strong Analysis and problem solving capability Stakeholder management skills / experience Strong Administrative and customer service skills Experience of working with database systems and excel reporting spreadsheets or data dashboards Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads, to meet specific deadlines in a high-pressured environment. Desirable skills: Experience of working in a Higher Education/Further Education environment. Knowledge of quality assurance or registry processes in an educational context.
