Job Description Account Manager Manchester M3 £35k - £40k Account Manager / Creative Agency Implant Team / Hybrid working / flexible hours / Incredible offices / City centre location / Social Events / 25 days holiday plus bank holidays / Birthday off and Christmas Shutdown / Private Healthcare and Medical Insurance The Account Manager will be joining a Creative Implant agency team within a Global brand who lead in their field. Working on full campaigns from Events, to new office openings inclusive of interior design through to Presentations, Internal communications, advertising, brochures, digital and much more. Working with multiple stakeholders for different parts of the business Globally, you’ll be key in handling the briefs and working closely with the design team to see them completed on time and on brand. This role has a keen brand guardianship to it, utilising internal skill sets as well as sometimes needing to source external support across motions design, videography and animation. The Account Manager will: - Have at least 2 years experience in a similar Account Manager role - Have experience liaising with multiple stakeholders - Have the ability to question requests when required, not just a ‘yes man’ - Understand the creative process, ideally coming from a background of working with creative teams - Able to manage timelines, Project Manager campaigns and anticipate challenges of a brief - Have any experience with Adobe Creative suite would be advantageous - Be resilient, driven and eager to progress / develop themselves - Be able to offer new perspectives, fresh ideas and, if needed, challenge the status quo - Develop strong working relationships with the teams, stakeholders and partners from designers to c-suit level - Understand the urgency of timely briefs and appreciate the time some campaigns need to deliver top level work - Be a team player, work towards the same goal and help drive this from the front Benefits include: - 25 days holiday plus bank holidays - Life Assurance - 4 times annual salary - Medical Insurance - Gym membership discounts - Additional Birthday holidays and Christmas Shutdowns - Share option scheme - Social events This is an excellent opportunity for an Account Manager to take the next step in their career, perhaps suited to someone looking to move into a Senior Account Manager role.
