A dynamic and rewarding position has arisen for a Surveying Services Manager to join a forward-thinking Traditional housing association.
In this role, you will report directly to the Assistant Director of Property Services and collaborate closely with a highly skilled team to oversee investment programmes, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance across the board.

The Successful Surveying Services Manager Will:
* Have a robust background in surveying and asset management, ideally with MRICS post-qualification experience and a strong understanding of planned investment programmes.
* Demonstrate key characteristics such as strategic thinking, excellent leadership skills, and an ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
* Be adept at budget monitoring, contract management, and utilising asset management databases to drive long-term business plans.
* Deliver effective stakeholder engagement by developing communication strategies that keep residents and internal teams well informed.
* Champion compliance and initiatives, ensuring that all property maintenance meets Decent Homes Standard, HHSRS guidelines, and mould prevention protocols.
