As a resource coordinator, you will coordinate the delivery of services by working alongside the services team, delivery partners, and the wider business. You will be a highly motivated individual with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once. It is essential to understand the importance of process management and coordination skills, possess a ‘can do’ attitude, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Role Responsibilities
* Working alongside experienced sales and delivery teams ensuring smooth-running delivery process - Plan, commence, execute, supervise, and round up assigned projects.
* Coordinating the delivery of projects against statement of works.
* Scheduling of Engineering resources.
* Responsible for the flow of information from Bechtle to the customer and delivery team - deliver project documentation.
* Ensure change process is followed and manage project escalations to ensure outcomes achieved.
* Obtain feedback on work delivered, both during and at completion of works highlighting follow-on opportunities to account managers.
* Ensuring general upkeep and administration of service-related documentation.

* An underlying IT technical knowledge is not essential as full training will be given.

Experience
* Proven track record in a similar role.
* Understanding of B2B processes desirable but not essential.
* Experience within an MSP environment desirable.
