Job summary This is an exciting opportunity in Nottingham University Hospital NHS Trust working remotely full time. You will be an Accredited Clinical Coder (ACC) or have several years' experience working as a Clinical Coder. Working as part of a large team, you will abstract and analyse clinical information from digitised case notes, other relevant documents, hospital electronic systems and translate into diagnostic and operative procedure codes using the current classifications, adhering to the national standards and conventions, inputting the data on to the Trust's patient information system to meet the Trust' financial and statistical data commitments.
