Administrator - Maternity cover

Hours 37.5. (can be flexible) Salary £30k to £35k depending on experience. Standard Holidays
Our cutting-edge well-established client who works internationally are looking for a strong sales administrator to help the sales managers and the sales team with tenders and general administrational procedures. This will initially be a one-year maternity cover. Experience of working in support of a busy sales team and strong communication skills will be key. Car owner driver. Office based.
Experience of a CRM system helpful not essential
Organised with a high attention to detail
Happy to participate in sales and strategy meetings
Organise hospitality during client visits
Competent use of MS Office
Happy to help with development of website and social media marketing and development of ideas.
Ensure Technical documents from clients are logged accurately onto the Sales Database
Organise travel for the sales and process departments
Liaise with the companies’ international offices
Communication with international clients via phone Teams and email
Ensure bids/estimate signoffs are attained in line with procedures
Help support training for departments apprentice administrator.
