This is a part-time position, Monday to Friday, with an initial commitment of 15-25 hours per week. The schedule is flexible, allowing you to choose the days and times the hours are worked. This role is ideal for someone seeking flexibility, with the potential to transition to full-time hours in the future.
What you will get in your new role:
1. £11.50 per hour
2. Initially in-office, with potential for 1 day per week working from home after settled into role
3. 30 days of annual leave pro rata (including your birthday!), increasing with length of service
Responsibilities within your new role as the Customer Support Advisor:
Your key responsibilities will include responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across email and chat, efficiently resolving customer issues, and providing detailed product and service information. You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, collaborate with other departments to address complex issues, follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and stay current with product knowledge and company policies. Assisting in the management of the company's social media accounts may also be part of your role, so knowledge of TikTok would be beneficial.
Your personality, experience and qualifications:
1. A solid understanding of Scottish culture.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Desire to provide excellent customer service.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Knowledge of tartans is a plus, but not required.
8. Driver’s licence essential.
