Key Responsibilities: Lead Prospecting: Identify potential clients through research, cold outreach (email, phone, social media), and database management. Utilise market insights and competitor analysis to target the right prospects. Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a steady pipeline of leads, ensuring follow-up processes are in place and that leads are accurately tracked and nurtured within our CRM system. Campaign Execution: Work closely with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, webinars, and paid ads. Data Analysis: Use analytical tools to measure the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, optimising and adjusting strategies to meet key performance metrics. Collaboration: Partner with sales and account management teams to ensure leads are correctly handed off and the sales process is seamless from the initial prospecting phase to conversion. Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads and respond to inquiries, ensuring that the sales team receives high-quality, sales-ready leads. Content Collaboration: Assist in the development of lead magnets, content offers, and landing pages to enhance lead generation efforts. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, presenting key findings and recommendations to the marketing and leadership teams. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a lead generation, business development, or digital marketing role, ideally within a B2B environment. Demonstrated success in identifying, engaging, and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (email, social media, paid search, content marketing). Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead tracking tools. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
